FIGURES & FACTS FOR THE UK NATIONAL TOUR

Did you know that the coat that Joseph wears at the very end of the show for the UK National Tour weighs an amazing 20kg!!  It opens up to 12 meters and it cost aprox. £10,000 to make.

This show ran for 12 years from 1979 and pulled in an audience of 5 million fans.  The show then stoped whilst the show went to the West End.  In 1997 the UK National Tour re-started and it pulls in aprox. 1 million people a year.

There are 300 different lights and 3 miles of electric cable used for the show, it's one of the biggest touring lighting rigs in the UK.
